its not 1000 lbs of muscle, his suit weighs a half-ton. Which I'm assuming includes his own weight in it. We don't actually know his true weight. I'm assuming due to his size and all the mutations to his bone and muscular systems that he's around 350lbs. Might seem like a lot but muscle weighs more than fat.
